THIS AGREEMENT, by and between Wright County, Minnesota, a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the "County", “Facility” and/or “facility”, and TurnKey Corrections a MN corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Turnkey”, "Provider" or “TKC”.
