This Xbox LIVE Server Platform, HTTPS, and Xbox LIVE Web Services Addendum to the Xbox 360 Publisher License Agreement (“Addendum”) is entered into and effective as of the later of the two signature dates below (“Addendum Effective Date”) between Microsoft Licensing, GP, a Nevada general partnership (“Microsoft”), and THQ Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Publisher”), and supplements the Xbox 360 Publisher License Agreement between the parties effective as of October 31, 2005, (“PLA”).
