The terms of this agreement (the “Agreement”) apply to your use of any of the Xfinity services described in Section 1 below and the Xfinity Equipment described in Section 7 below (collectively, the “Services”). An operating subsidiary or other affiliate of Comcast Cable Communications, LLC (collectively, “Comcast,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Services. You accept this Agreement and agree to its terms by activating the Services, using the Services, continuing to use the Services after we provide notice of a change to this Agreement,
