This XiO Service Agreement is made between XiO, Inc. at 100 Smith Ranch Road, San Rafael, CA 94903 ("Vendor" or "XiO") and Ashford Highlands Drinking Water System at 4105 Ashford Circle, Hollister, CA 95023 ("Customer"), with an effective date of 12/13/2023 (the "Effective Date") and forms part of the Agreement as defined in the attached XiO General Terms and Conditions.
