(hereinafter collectively referred to as “Licensor”) and Uni-Pixel Displays, Inc., a Texas corporation, including Affiliates, having a place of business at 8708 Technology Forest Place, Suite 100, The Woodlands, TX 77381, U.S.A. (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Licensee”) (Licensor and Licensee hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party”, and collectively as the “Parties”).
