Community Yard Sale at BB&T Ballpark 2018 FALL Yard Sale Vendor Agreement Yard Sale Date: Saturday, September 15, 2018 Location: BB&T Ballpark, 1700 W Fourth St, Williamsport PA Time: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Vendor Set-Up: 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM Rental Fees: Early Registration - by September 7, 2018 $20.00 1st space Late Registration - after September 8, 2018 $25.00 1st space Additional Spaces (after purchase of 1st space at above rates) $15.00 each Vendor Space: Each vendor will receive an 18' x 18' space. Vendor Location: Locations will be determined by the Crosscutters upon arrival to set-up on day of sale. Payment Policy: All rental fees are non-refundable. Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card. All payments must be made prior to the day of the yard sale. Rainout Policy: A rainout will be determined by the Crosscutters and a new date will be determined. All vendors will be notified in the event the sale has to be rescheduled. Tables: E
