This Single-Year Food Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the last date of the full execution of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Los Angeles Unified School District, a school district duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (“LAUSD” or “District”), and North Valley Military Institute, operating that charter school known as North Valley Military Institute (“Charter School”) (collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”, and individually referred to herein as a “Party”), with reference to the following:
