This Yield Maintenance Allocation Agreement dated as of February 22, 2007 (this “Agreement”), among Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (“Wells Fargo Bank”), not in its individual capacity, but solely in its capacity as administrator for the yield maintenance trust (in such capacity, the “Administrator”) and as securities administrator under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, as hereinafter defined (in such capacity, the “Securities Administrator”) and Greenwich Capital Financial Products, Inc. (“GCFP”), or its designee.
