The Young Men's Christian Association of South Florida, Inc. d/b/a YMCA of South Florida (hereafter “YMCA") and The School Board of Broward County, Florida (hereafter “Partner”) (hereafter “Party”or “Parties”) enter into this Agreement this day of 2022, to set forth the terms and conditions upon which each Party collaboratively engages with the other to operate a swim Program to improve the educational success of participants (hereafter, “the Program”) at the following location(s): Weston YMCA Family Center located at 20201 Saddle Club Rd, Weston, FL 33327.
