The following sets forth the agreement (the “Agreement”) between Kamala Collective, Inc., a California corporation, (“Company”) and Teacher with respect to Teacher’s services in connection with audio-visual material presently intended for distribution by means of the smartphone app currently titled “Yoga Wake Up” (the “App”).
