By the renter’s signature below, the renter accepts full responsibility for the facility named above and agrees to abide by all rules and regulations as set forth by York Parks and Recreation Department Facility Use Rules and Agreement. The renter acknowledges that no one will be allowed to enter the building until the time specified above and that the building must be vacated at the time specified above. The time specified above includes any preparations and set up time as well as cleaning the building and returning all equipment to its original location during the time specified above. The renter is responsible for the proper conduct of all persons attending the event and any damages or alterations to the facility. Failure to meet all rules and regulations shall result in forfeiture of the full deposit amount and other fees.
