This Youth and Teen Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made on July 1, 2018 by and between the City of Pittsburg, a California municipal corporation (City), and Craft Community Care Center, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation doing business as “Success Through Self Academy” (STS).
