YOUTH SERVICES AGREEMENT is entered into this 29th day of November, 2021, by the CITY OF SAN JOSE, a municipal corporation (“CITY”), and ARBOR E&T, LLC DBA EQUUS WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS, a Kentucky Limited Liability Company authorized to do business in the State of California (“CONTRACTOR”).
