The Palos Verdes Little League (PVLL) Youth Umpire Program is intended to increase participant’s knowledge of the rules of the game, build character and foster continued youth involvement. The ultimate goal of this program is to give youth an opportunity to learn, succeed and be rewarded in a challenging and safe environment.
