ContractZealand Global Corporate Payments Agreement • June 19th, 2007
This New Zealand Global Corporate Payments Agreement is between American Express International (NZ) Inc (“we”,”us”,”our” and “American Express”) and the company named in the attached Account Application (“you”,”your” and “the Company”) and governs your use of the Accounts in New Zealand. This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which we provide American Express® Global Corporate Payments in New Zealand and governs your use of the Accounts selected in the Account Application which forms part of this Agreement.
