This document (the "Affiliate Agreement" or "Agreement") sets out the terms and conditions agreed between: Versus Odds B.V (hereinafter "Company"), a company based at Fransche Bloemweg 4, Willemstad, Curacao, and the person/company set out on the relevant application form (hereinafter the "Affiliate"), enabling the Affiliate to join and become a member (if the Affiliate's application is successful) of the ZEN AFFILIATES Program ("Program"). The Affiliate shall ensure and undertake that the information provided to the Company when completing the application form is complete, true and accurate in all respects.
