Zirkman (the “Executive”). W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, the Executive has been employed by the Employer and desires to remain in the employ of the Employer and continue to provide services for the Employer and any present or future parent, subsidiary or affiliate of the Employer and their successors and assigns in such capacity; and WHEREAS, the Employer desire to induce the Executive to so remain in such employ; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual agreements hereinafter contained, the parties hereto hereby agree as follows: 1.
