Additional Access Rights. 9.11.1 For the avoidance of doubt, any grant of Access Rights not dealt with in this Agreement is left to the sole discretion of the Rightsholder and is subject to such terms and conditions as may be agreed between the Rightsholder and the Beneficiary.
Additional Access Rights. The Parties agree to negotiate in good faith any additional Access Rights to Results as might be asked for by any Party upon adequate financial conditions to be agreed.
