Common use of Annual User Fee Clause in Contracts

Annual User Fee. 4.2.1 The Company shall pay to CzMVO an Annual User Fee for the development, testing, implementation, operation, maintenance and update of the CzMVS. The Annual User Fee will cover the yearly costs of operation and further development of the CzMVS, Czech Republic’s share of the costs of the European Hub and all necessary and legally compulsory activities of CzMVO in relation to CzMVS.
