APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION. 24.1 The validity, construction and performance of this Agreement (and any claim, dispute or matter arising under or in connection with it or its enforceability) and any non- contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION. 2.9.1. To the extent that the Customer is a merchant pursuant to Sec. 2 (2) of the Slovak Commercial Code, Stuttgart, Germany is the exclusive forum for all disputes arising from contractual agreements entered into between Customer and Porsche Smart Mobility.
