Pro účely stanovení Xxxx za rezervaci zdrojů příslušného kontokorentního Úvěru, pokud je v Rámcové smlouvě sjednána, se nečerpaným příslušným kontokorentním Úvěrem rozumí denní výše rozdílu mezi limitem příslušného kontokorentního Úvěru a skutečně čerpaným Úvěrem. Cena za rezervaci zdrojů se zúčtovává měsíčně ode dne účinnosti Rámcové smlouvy do Konečného dne splatnosti příslušného kontokorentního Úvěru, vždy nejpozději do 5 Obchodních dnů po skončení příslušného kalendářního měsíce. For purpose of determination of the Commitment Fee for the respective Overdraft Credit, if agreed in the Frame Agreement, the undrawn respective Overdraft Credit shall mean the daily amount of the difference between the limit of the respective Overdraft Credit and the actually drawn Credit.
