Change Control Vzorová ustanovení

Change Control. During the course of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ performance under an Order, either Party may request a change in the scope of the Order in writing, delivered to the other Party. Any changes in price, schedule, or other terms must be documented either by an amendment or Change Order. No change, as contemplated in this paragraph, shall become effective until set forth in a mutually executed writing. 2.4 Řešení změn. Během doby, kdy společnost Hexagon plní příslušnou Objednávku, je kterákoliv Strana oprávněna požádat o změnu rozsahu Objednávky na základě písemné žádosti doručené druhé Straně. Veškeré případné změny ceny, harmonogramu či jiných podmínek musí být zdokumentovány buď ve formě dodatku, nebo ve formě Změnové objednávky. Veškeré změny ve smyslu tohoto odstavce se stanou účinnými až na základě vzájemně odsouhlaseného písemného dodatku oběma Stranami.
