Deposit. A deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival. Deposit only serves to guarantee payment of the minibar, consumed electricity and to cover any damage. This deposit will be returned on the day of departure if customer pays for extra services and no damage has arrised. In the event of damage, the landlord is entitled to reduce the deposit by an amount equal to the amount of the damage caused. If the deposit is insufficient, the damages are governed by point 4.2. of these Terms and Conditions.
