Common use of EXPLANATION Clause in Contracts

EXPLANATION. Explanations (if necessary for the submission of a price bid) shall be provided in electronic form in accordance with point 16 of this Invitation. In the event of ambiguities or if the data provided in this Invitation needs to be explained, the tenderer may ask the POC of the Contracting Authority for explanation at the contact address provided in point 1 hereof within the period for price bid submission pursuant to point 19 hereof.
