Gilead may invoice (issue an invoice) Provider for Autologous. Cell Therapy Product supplied under this Agreement on or at any time after Successful Delivery of the same. The due date of the relevant invoice is 60 days after issuance of the invoice to the Provider. Payment shall be made to the bank account as shown on the invoice. Time of payment is of the essence.
