Common use of Governing Law Clause in Contracts

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by Czech law. The courts of the Czech Republic shall have jurisdiction to hear and resolve any disputes arising between the Parties to the Agreement, as well as third parties that would not be resolved amicably.
