Common use of Governing Law Clause in Contracts

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Czech Republic without giving effect to the conflicts of law provisions thereof. Provider and Sponsor each hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Czech Republic and agree that any dispute hereunder shall be resolved exclusively by such courts.

The Contracting Parties undertake to resolve any disputes between them in accordance with an amicable settlement and mutual agreement. If an agreement is not possible, courts in the laws of Czech Republic without giving effect are competent to the conflicts of law provisions thereof. Provider and Sponsor each hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Czech Republic and agree that any dispute hereunder shall be resolved exclusively by hear such courtsdisputes.

Provider Any dispute arising out of or connected to this Agreement shall be tried exclusively by the applicable courts of the Czech Republic and Sponsor each Party hereby consent consents to the jurisdiction of the such courts of Czech Republic and agree that waives any dispute hereunder shall be resolved exclusively by such courtsobjections thereto.
