Odkládací podmínky každého Čerpání. Každé další Čerpání je podmíněno tím, že: a) veškerá prohlášení Klienta učiněná v Rámcové smlouvě jsou pravdivá, úplná a nezavádějící ke dni doručení Žádosti; b) ke dni doručení Žádosti neexistuje ani nehrozí Případ porušení, ani nehrozí, že v důsledku Čerpání vznikne Případ porušení; a c) Banka ke dni doručení Žádosti obdržela veškeré požadované dokumenty dle Rámcové smlouvy. Conditions Precedent to Each Drawdown. Each following Drawdown shall be provided on the condition that: a) all representations of the Client made in the Frame Agreement are accurate, complete and not misleading as at the date of the delivery of the Application; b) as at the date of the delivery of the Application, neither an Event of Default is existent or threatened, nor any Event of Default shall occur as a result of the Drawdown; and c) as at the date of the delivery of the Application, the Bank has received all documents required under the Frame Agreement.
