Pathe Warranties. Pathe warrants, represents and agrees that it has the exclusive right to grant the Rights licensed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Except as expressly contained in the present Article, Pathe makes no warranties or representations of whatsoever kind or nature whether implied by law, statute or otherwise.
