Price of the Work. The price of the work is established in accordance with the contractor’s offer submitted in the procurement process, on the basis of which this contract was concluded. The agreed price of the work is the contractual price in the sense of applicable legal regulations. The contracting parties agree on the price of the work as a fixed, non-exceedable price, which will not be indexed. The price of the work amounts to: Agreed price …………………………………………. The agreed price represents the amount of taxable supply, to which the contractor will add VAT according to the legal regulations effective at the time of the taxable transaction. Any other taxes, fees, customs, and similar payments are borne by the contractor. The contracting parties declare that the performance of the work will be carried out under the reverse charge regime, in accordance with Section 92e of Act No 235/2004, on value-added tax, as amended. This obligation applies only between VAT payers, for the provision of performance in the domestic territory. A foreign contractor will state the agreed price excluding VAT with regard to taxation at the recipient of performance during export, VAT according to Czech regulations, and the price including Czech VAT. The contractor confirms that the price of the work includes all work and supplies necessary for the quality performance of the work, all costs associated with the complete and quality performance and completion of the work, including all risks and influences during the execution of the work. The contractor assumes the risk of circumstances changing due to inflation, changes in taxes and exchange rates, and changes in the prices of labour and materials. Services that will not be carried out upon agreement between the contracting parties, although they are part of the agreed subject of performance, will be deducted from the total price of the work.
