Provision of Services a) Services Use. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Customer may, during the Term: (a) use the Services, (b) integrate the Services into any Application that has material value independent of the Services, (c) use and create Projects and (d) use any Software as part of the Services. Subject to Clause 15, letter b), Customer may not sublicense or transfer the rights granted to it under this Clause.
