PRÁVA A POVINNOSTI STRAN Donor gives the Vehicle to the Donee as it is described in art. 1.1. 2.2 The Donee declares that he is familiar with the state of the Vehicle, as well as its parts and accessories, and he takes the Vehicle from the Donor to its exclusive property, including all its parts and accessories, in the state as described herein. 2.3 The Donor acquainted the Donee with the state of the Vehicle and warned him that the Vehicle is not registered in the registry of the vehicles, its engine does not comply with the valid legislation relating to the use and operation of the vehicles and therefore the Vehicle is not designated for its use on public roads, but is donated exclusively for teaching and learning purposes of the students of the Donee. 2.4 The Parties have agreed that the VIN (Vehicle identification number) plate of the Vehicle was removed by the Donor and the stamped VIN characters (Chassis Number Stamping) were overstamped with crosses in order to avoid potential further use of the Vehicle on public roads. 2.5 The Donee shall use the Vehicle only for its academy study, i.e. teaching and learning purposes of the students, and shall not use it for any other purpose. In no event shall the Donee let the Vehicle drive in any place, including but not limited to on public roads. 2.6 The Donee shall not register the Vehicle. 2.7 The Donee shall not use any parts of the Vehicle as replacement of any other vehicle and shall not lease/sell/transfer the Vehicle or any parts thereof to its employee, teacher or student or any third party. 3.
