Renewal. The. Subscription Term of each Order Form shall automatically renew for periods equal to the initial term, unless either party gives the other party written notice of non- renewal at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the then current Subscription Term. All renewal Fees shall be due on the renewal date of the applicable Order Form Effective Date and payable in accordance with this Section 6. Any pricing or changes in the number of Identity Licenses for a renewal term shall be reflected on the applicable Order Form. ForgeRock reserves the right to modify the Fees in connection with a Subscription Term renewal.
