Support. 3.1. Support Services Plan; Levels of Support Services. Upon PTC’s acceptance of Customer’s order for a subscription License or for Support Services in respect of the Licensed Products, PTC and/or its authorized subcontractors shall provide Support Services in accordance with these terms for a time period of twelve (12) months or for such other period specified in Customer’s order accepted by PTC (a “Support Services Plan”). The current levels of Support Services offered and Support terms are available at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/xx/xxxxxxxxx/xxxxx- agreements/support-documents.
Support. Additional support services for the Software are conditional upon Licensee executing a separate written support services agreement with Licensor and in the case of Embedded Software, such agreement shall be for support of OINA Equipment and Embedded Software. In the event that Licensee loses a Dongle, such loss must be reported to Licensor as soon as possible and Licensor reserves the right to charge the list price of the Software for any replacement Dongle.

Support. Nintex will provide Customer with Support in accordance with the Support Documentation or a separate agreement between the Parties.
