Common use of Subject of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Subject of Agreement. (1) The subject of this Agreement is the obligation of the Provider of Accommodation to provide the Accommodated Student, based on her/his reservation or application, with temporary accommodation in the extent of one bed for the period of validity of this Agreement, and together with services associated with accommodation (2) The Accommodated Student undertakes to use the reserved space in an orderly manner and to make timely payments of the price specified in Article II. of this Agreement to the Provider of Accommodation for temporary accommodation and associated services.
