Survival This Section 4 “Intellectual Property” shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement. 5. Publication Rights 5.1 Publication and Disclosure Institution shall have the right to publish or present the results of Institution’s activities conducted under this Agreement, including Study Data, only in accordance with the requirements of this Section. Institution agrees to submit any proposed publication or presentation to Sponsor for review at least sixty (60) days prior to submitting any such proposed publication to a publisher or proceeding with such proposed presentation. Within sixty (60) days of its receipt, Sponsor shall advise Institution in writing of any information contained therein which is Confidential Information or which may impair the availability of patent protection for Inventions.
