Pokud nastane Případ porušení, Klient v součinnosti s Bankou na její žádost vyhotoví notářský zápis se svolením k vykonatelnosti podle příslušných právních předpisů, a to ve vztahu k jakýmkoliv dluhům Klienta vůči Bance v souvislosti s Rámcovou smlouvou, ve znění akceptovatelném pro Banku. Banka může požadovat, aby součástí notářského zápisu bylo i uznání dluhů Klienta vůči Bance. Enforceability Permission. In case of an Event of Default, the Client shall, with cooperation of the Bank at its request, produce a notarial deed, in wording acceptable to the Bank, containing the enforceability permission under the relevant legal regulations with regard to any Client’s debts in respect of the Bank in relation to the Frame Agreement. The Bank may request that the notarial deed includes the Client’s acknowledgement of its debt to the Bank.
