TERMINATION OF THEAGREEMENT. 12.1. The Agreement may be terminated by (i) mutual agreement, (ii) a notice by one of the Contracting Parties, or (iii) withdrawal from the Agreement due to a serious or repeated breach of contractual obligations by the other Contracting Party.
