The contractual relationship between the customer and the landlord arises by confirming the reservation of the cottage Svatá Panna, Loktuše 61, 511 01 Turnov by the customer in the online reservation system or otherwise and by paying the deposit / full amount for accommodation as stated in article 3, point 3.4. conditions. The customer pays the deposit / full amount for accommodation in favor of the landlord's account. The customer and the landlord agree to use electronic (e-mail) communication. The price of the accommodation is the price stated in the reservation system and/or in the reservation confirmation email sent to the customer.
