The respective Mobility Service Provider is fully responsible for the subsequent provision of the requested transport connection. In the event of failure to provide an Intermodal Transport Connection or the provision of a defective performance (Intermodal Transport Connection), the User is obliged to exercise its rights directly with the relevant Mobility Service Provider. The User acknowledges that the Operator shall not be liable for any performance provided by the Mobility Service Provider.
