Common use of THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT. 1. The subject of this contract is the Mandatary shall perform the following activities (further only "the Order") for the Mandator: Performing of activities given for the Mandatary that follow from his position as a Member of the Programme SASPRO 2 Evaluation committee. These activities include: a) activities related to the evaluation of applications submitted under the SASPRO 2 Programme; b) negotiating of interim reports submitted by the Principal Investigators of projects; c) negotiating of the final reports submitted by the Principal Investigators of projects; d) elaboration of proposals and recommendations to the Presidium of the Slovak Academy of Sciences; e) participation on duly summoned sessions of the Evaluation Committee; f) other activities that follow for the Mandatary from the approved Programme SASPRO 2 documents (Statute of the Programme SASPRO 2, Statute and rules of procedure of the Evaluation Committee of the SASPRO 2 Programme). 2. The Mandatary is obliged to perform activities stated in the paragraph 1 of this article within the deadlines notified in advance by the Mandator. If the Mandatary is not table to perform the activities stated in the paragraph 1 within the deadlines given by the Mandator, the Mandatary is obliged to inform immediately the Mandator about it. 3. Designated SAS employee is authorized by the Mandator to check the fulfilment of the subject of the Contract: chairman of the programme SASPRO 2 Evaluation Committee for relevant scientific section of SAS.
