Případný zánik nebo výpověď Rámcové smlouvy, případně smluv v jejím rámci uzavřených, ani výpověď dalšího Čerpání nebo Financování, jakož i zrušení či snížení limitu příslušného kontokorentního nebo revolvingového Úvěru, se nedotýká nároků Banky podle tohoto článku 11, které trvají i po zániku Rámcové smlouvy.
