USAGE REPORTS. If the Picture(s) has been licensed for a limited number of telecasts/runs, Licensee shall provide Licensor on a semester basis (within fifteen days after the end of each semester) with a written usage report listing the Picture(s) and the date of telecast(s) during the applicable semester.
