WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE CONTRACT. 8.1. Subject of civil law. The provisions of this article regulate the withdrawal from the Purchase Contract by the Buyer and the Seller, in particular the reasons and form of withdrawal, return of performance, etc. These provisions shall apply to the withdrawal from the Purchase Contract in all cases under the CC and the Purchase Contract, respectively the Terms and Conditions and the Complaints Procedure, except for the withdrawal of the Buyer - Consumer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods in accordance with the provisions of Section 1829 of the CC. Such withdrawal is regulated separately in Article IX of the Terms and Conditions.
