Pro účely stanovení Ceny za rezervaci zdrojů revolvingového Úvěru, pokud je v Rámcové smlouvě sjednána, se nečerpaným revolvingovým Úvěrem rozumí denní výše rozdílu mezi Limitem revolvingového Úvěru a skutečně čerpanou částkou revolvingového Úvěru. Pro účely výpočtu ceny za rezervaci zdrojů se použije úroková metoda 365/365 dnů. Cena za rezervaci zdrojů se zúčtovává měsíčně ode dne účinnosti Rámcové smlouvy nejpozději do 5 Obchodních dnů po skončení příslušného kalendářního měsíce. Commitment Fee. For purpose of determination of the Commitment Fee, if agreed in the Frame Agreement, the undrawn Revolving Credit shall mean the daily amount of the difference between the limit of the Revolving Credit and the actually drawn amount of the Revolving Credit. For purpose of calculation of the Commitment Fee, the interest computing method of 365/365 days shall be applied. As of the effective date of the Frame Agreement, the Commitment Fee shall be charged monthly no later than by the 5th Business Day following the end of the respective calendar month.
