Jakákoliv částka podle Rámcové smlouvy uvedená nebo splatná v měně členského státu Evropské unie bude automaticky považována za částku uvedenou anebo splatnou v jednotné evropské měně v okamžiku, kdy národní jednotka měny daného státu bude nahrazena jednotnou evropskou měnou v souladu s platným právem Evropské unie nebo právem příslušného členského státu.
