The Client does not pay on the due date any financial debt arising under the Frame Agreement or fails to provide sufficient funds on its Current Account to settle a payment that has become due and payable under the Frame Agreement.
This form of Credit shall bear interest agreed individually in the respective contract concluded under the Frame Agreement.
Any payments made by the Client under the Frame Agreement must be without any deductions.

Any and all disputes arising under the Frame Agreement or in connection therewith shall be decided by the general courts of the Czech Republic.
