Licensed Materials means the materials that are subject to this Agreement and shall consist solely of the electronic information published by SAGE as set forth on Exhibit 1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. “Licensed Materials” does not include any additional journals, publications, or other content not identified on Exhibit 1.

Examples of Licensed Materials in a sentence

  • Any use or attempted use of the Licensed Materials other than for any applicable Permitted Use and in accordance with this Agreement is prohibited.

  • Customer may not allow or facilitate any Access to the Licensed Materials by any persons who are not Authorized Users.

  • Customer acknowledges that the Licensed Materials and all related technical information, documents and materials are subject to export controls under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, all rights granted to Customer hereunder will cease, and Customer will promptly (i) purge the Licensed Materials from all of Customer’s computer systems, storage media and other files, (ii) destroy the Licensed Materials and all copies thereof, and (iii) deliver to Reseller an affidavit which certifies that Customer has complied with these termination obligations.

  • WKCDI reserves the right to track and collect for its internal purposes personal information about Authorized Users of the Licensed Materials, including without limitation: the URL that the user has come from (whether this URL is on its Website or not), the URL the user goes to next (whether this URL is on its Website or not), the Internet browser that is being used, the type of operating system used, the Authorized User’s location, and the Authorized User’s IP address.

  • Customer will not allow the removal or defacement of any confidential or proprietary notice placed on the Licensed Materials.

  • Subject to all the conditions in the Agreement, during the Term, Reseller hereby grants Customer, and Customer hereby accepts from Reseller, a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right and license to access and use the Licensed Materials in conformance with any applicable Permitted Use.

  • Customer agrees that Reseller may audit Customer’s use of the Licensed Materials for compliance with these terms at any time, upon reasonable notice.

  • In addition to any rights that Reseller may have to suspend or terminate access to the Licensed Materials if the Customer fails to pay any invoice by the due date, or if WKCDI suspects that Customer is engaging activities that violate the law or the terms of this Agreement (the right to suspend or terminate such Customer’s access to the Licensed Materials may be with, or without, advanced notice to either Customer or Reseller).

  • Reseller or its licensors will own all rights in any copy, translation, modification, adaptation or derivation of the Licensed Materials, including any improvement or development hereof.

  • Software znamená veškeré programové vybavení a další Autorská díla, stejně jako další věci či jiné majetkové hodnoty, které s programovým vybavením souvisí a jsou určeny ke společnému užívání s tímto programovým vybavením, včetně veškeré související dokumentace a updatů a upgradů tohoto programového vybavení, avšak s výjimkou Hardware a Databází.

  • Poskytovateľ je povinný vykonať kontrolu projektu podľa § 24b a násl. zákona č. 528/2008 Z. z. o pomoci a podpore poskytovanej z fondov ES v znení neskorších predpisov, článku 60 Nariadenia Rady (ES) č. 1083/2006 a článku 13 Nariadenia Komisie (ES) č. 1828/2006. Kontrola projektu zahŕňa administratívnu kontrolu a v prípade potreby kontrolu na mieste. Administratívna kontrola Žiadosti o platbu pozostáva z kontroly jej formálnej a vecnej správnosti. V rámci kontroly formálnej správnosti je Poskytovateľ povinný overiť pravdivosť, kompletnosť a správnosť vyplnenia Žiadosti o platbu. V prípade zistenia formálnych nedostatkov vyzve Poskytovateľ Prijímateľa, aby do 14 dní Žiadosť o platbu doplnil. V prípade zistenia závažných nedostatkov, alebo nedoplnenia požadovaných údajov v stanovenej lehote, Poskytovateľ Žiadosť o platbu zamietne. V prípade, ak sa Poskytovateľ rozhodne počas výkonu administratívnej kontroly vykonať kontrolu na mieste, lehoty na administratívnu kontrolu žiadosti o platbu sú pozastavené.

  • Dodávateľ subjekt, ktorý zabezpečuje pre Prijímateľa dodávku tovarov, uskutočnenie prác alebo poskytnutie služieb ako súčasť Realizácie aktivít Projektu na základe výsledkov VO alebo iného druhu obstarávania, ktoré bolo v rámci Projektu vykonané v súlade so Zmluvou o poskytnutí NFP; Doplňujúce údaje k preukázaniu dodania predmetu plnenia – doklad alebo viacero dokladov v listinnej podobe, v ktorých sa uvádzajú doplňujúce údaje k preukázaniu dodania predmetu plnenia, vrátane príloh. Prijímateľ nimi preukazuje dodanie tovarov, poskytnutie služieb alebo vykonanie stavebných prác, ktorých realizácia bola uhradená na základe Preddavkovej platby uhradenej zo strany Prijímateľa Dodávateľovi a ktorá bola zo strany Poskytovateľa uhradená Prijímateľovi z prostriedkov EŠIF a štátneho rozpočtu na spolufinancovanie v príslušnom pomere;.

  • Důvěrné informace znamenají všechny informace, o kterých se smluvní strany dozví v rámci smluvního vztahu založeného Smlouvou a které jsou označené jako důvěrné, nebo které na základě jiných okolností je možné považovat za obchodní tajemství druhé smluvní strany.
