Examples of Working Day in a sentence
If the respective Relevant Period is longer than 365 days (366 days in leap years), the discount rate applied shall be the value of the swap rate “bid” in the respective currency for the respective period, which is quoted on the Reuters website page “currency quote” 1 Working Day before the prepayment.
If the respective Relevant Period is shorter or equal to 365 days (366 days in leap years), the discount rate applied shall be the IBOR (EURIBOR, LIBOR, PRIBOR etc.) rate valid 1 Working Day before the prepayment.

All notices and other communications required to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been served if delivered by hand or by email on the first Working Day following dispatch, if served by facsimile on the second Working Day following dispatch (evidenced by a valid transmission slip), if sent by courier or registered post, on the second day following dispatch and if sent by airmail, on the seventh Working Day following dispatch.
