A withdrawal by the registrant with the appointment of a substitute person is possible until the start of the course. If the registrant withdraws without appointing a substitute person for reasons not attributable to CorePilates, CorePilates may demand reasonable compensation for the expenses. The standardized cancellation fees are as follows: • from 14 days before the start of the course 25% of the course fee; • from 7 days before the start of the course 50% of the course fee; • from 2 days before the start of the course 100% of the course fee. The registrant is at liberty to prove that the withdrawal or non-commencement of the course has resulted in no or significantly lower costs.
