Acceptance of Terms and Conditions. By returning a complete registration form, the exhibitor agrees to the Terms and Conditions listed above. In Berlin and Hamburg it is possible to book FOOD stands. In principle, 8 sqm stands are planned for this purpose. In exceptional situations (cakes and sweets), 4 or 6 sqm stands can also be booked. Please note: You’re responsible for the disposal of your waste (packaging, leftover food, etc.). We will announce the location of the container to dispose the trash. The flat rate for garbage, as for all exhibitors, is 25 euros per stand. For the enhancement of the environment please try to use recyclable dishes. All food stands will have their own electrical connection and are obliged to provide a list of the equipment used, including the required connection and power in watts. For this purpose, exhibitors will receive a corresponding list from the organizers, which must be filled Veranstalter:innen, die nach Anmeldung ausgefüllt werden muss. Demnach muss für jedes elektrische Gerät gemäß der Angaben entsprechend Strom bestellt werden. Für sehr hohen Strombedarf gelten Sonderpreise, die mit den Veranstalter:innen im Einzelnen verhandelt werden. Der Aussteller ist für die Betriebssicherheit der verwendeten Geräte verantwortlich. Alle angemeldeten und mitgebrachten Geräte müssen mit einer gültigen Prüfplakette nach DGUV V3 versehen sein! Andernfalls wird eine Vertragsstrafe von 200 Euro fällig. Die Veranstalter:innen haften nicht für etwaige Unterbrechungen und Leistungsschwankungen.
